The trek starts with a walk through the village where one can see the simple lifestyle of the rural folk – a ‘Panchakki’, watermill which still grinds the grain for villagers and one will arrive at a stream running along the foothills. The trek takes you across an area extremely rich in bio-diversity especially the floral species and ends near a lovely waterfall, now named ‘Corbett Falls’. Your lunch awaits you near the fall where you can take a refreshing wash or even a shower under the fall.

After lunch a quick trip to Jim Corbett’s winter home (Jim Corbett museum) at Kaladungi (3 Km away) could be added on request

Mohan To Kath ki Naula – 3 Kms. Approx.

One can trek 3 Km uphill on a Trail which Jim Corbett took to Kath Ki Naula a vantage point on the top of the hill, tracking down the notorious man-eater of Mohan. The trail and the view from Kath Ki Naula are breathtaking and have been vividly described by Corbett in his famous book - Maneaters of Kumaon. Our vehicle will await the trekkers at Kath Ki Naula with a sumptuous breakfast and after a relaxing break will bring them back to the Resort

Jim Corbett used this track, when he shot the man-eater of Mohan.
