TERMS & CONDITIONS
  1. Management holds all rights to change / alter the inclusions/prices during long weekends, festive periods (like Christmas, Diwali, New Year, Holi, etc.) without any prior notice.
  2. AP – American Plan inclusive of stay with breakfast, lunch & dinner.
  3. MAP – Modified American Plan inclusive of stay, breakfast and one major meal (lunch or dinner)
  4. CP – Continental Plan inclusive of stay with breakfast.
CHILD POLICY & OTHER RATES
  1. Two children below 6 years (sharing room with parents) are complimentary.
  2. Child 6-12 years of age (sharing room with parents) will be charged at 30% of the package.
  3. Child/adult above 12 years (sharing a room) will be charged at 50% of the package.
CANCELLATION POLICY
  1. If booking cancelled within 10 days from the date of Arrival/no show, No refund is claimable.
  2. If booking cancelled within 20 days to 10 days of arrival, 50% refund is claimable
  3. If cancelled 20 days or more, prior to the date of arrival. 100% refund is claimable.
  4. Hotel/Resort has the right to release/shift or refuse to entertain the bookings done without advance deposit.
  5. Hotel/Resort has the right to offer an alternate/similar/at par accomodation in a over booking situation, or on non availability of rooms for different reasons whatsoever.  
  6. Hotel/Resort's  management has sole discretion to change/amend/alter the above rates without notice,during long weekends/festive periods/New year/Christmas period etc.
  7. We can provide a private charter plane (EX -Delhi) if required Transfer by car will be given from the airfield. The cost of the Airpackage is available on request.
