TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Management holds all rights to change / alter the packages/inclusions/prices during long weekends, festive periods (like Christmas, Diwali, New Year, Holi, etc.) without any prior notice.
- Package cannot be clubbed with any other promotional offer presented from time to time.
- AP – American Plan inclusive of stay with breakfast, lunch & dinner.
- MAP – Modified American Plan inclusive of stay, breakfast and one major meal (lunch or dinner)
- CP – Continental Plan inclusive of stay with breakfast.
- Safari bookings in the park are subject to availability. No claims whatsoever shall be entertained in case of any cancellation/strike/non-availability of the permit/unforeseen events, etc.
- Advance booking for safari will only be confirmed on presentation of valid documents provided in a given speculated time.
- Last minute/on-the-spot bookings are subject to availability.
- Elephant safari can be booked with prior notice and is subject to availability.

CHILD POLICY & OTHER RATES
- Two children below 6 years (sharing room with parents) are complimentary.
- Child 6-12 years of age (sharing room with parents) will be charged at 30% of the package.
- Child/adult above 12 years (sharing a room) will be charged at 50% of the package.
- Pool Table is available on chargeable basis.
- Angling (Catch & release) @ INR 500/- per rod for 2 hours.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- If booking cancelled within 10 days from the date of Arrival/no show, No refund is claimable.
- If booking cancelled within 20 days to 10 days of arrival, 50% refund is claimable
- If cancelled 20 days or more, prior to the date of arrival. 100% refund is claimable.
- Hotel/Resort has the right to release/shift or refuse to entertain the bookings done without advance deposit.
- Hotel/Resort has the right to offer an alternate/similar/at par accomodation in a over booking situation, or on non availability of rooms for different reasons whatsoever.
- Hotel/Resort's management has sole discretion to change/amend/alter the above rates without notice,during long weekends/festive periods/New year/Christmas period etc.
- We can provide a private charter plane (EX -Delhi) if required Transfer by car will be given from the airfield. The cost of the Airpackage is available on request.
