TERMS & CONDITIONS
- We reserve all rights to change / alter the tariff / prices during long weekends, festive periods like Christmas, Diwali, New Year, Holi, etc.) Without any prior notice.
- Safari bookings in the park are subject to availability.
- No claims whatsoever shall be entertained in case of any cancellation/strike/non-availability
of the permit / unforeseen climatic conditions
- Advance booking for safari will only be confirmed on presentation
of valid documents provided within the stipulated time.
- Should there be any increase in the park entry fees, guest
would be charged extra as applicable.
- Check-in time: 1400 hrs, Check-out time: 1100 hrs
- Due to limited accommodation, a deposit of 50% is required to secure confirmed bookings.
- All reservations requests will be tentative, unless accompanied
by 50% advance & balance 50% payment should be made 30 days
prior to the guests’ Check-in date.
- Child below 5 years can stay complimentary in parent’s room
without extra bed. However, the safari charges would be extra.
- Child (6 to 12 yrs of age) will be charged at 30% of the rate,
with or without extra bed. Safari will be charged as per adult
cost.
- If the booking is cancelled 10 days from the date of arrival
/ no show, no refund is claimable.
- If the booking cancelled within 30 days to 10 days of the
arrival, 50% refund is claimable
- If cancelled 30 days or more, prior to the date of arrival. 80% refund is claimable.
- Minimum cancellation charges of 20% applicable.
- NO REFUND applicable on JUNGLE SAFARIS
- We reserve the right to release / shift or refuse to entertain the bookings done without advance deposit.
- We reserve the right to offer an alternate/similar/at par
accommodation in an over booking situation, or on non availability
of rooms for whatsoever different reasons.
- Please read the Terms & Conditions stated above carefully.
- We can provide a private charter plane (ex-Delhi). If required,
transfer by car will be given from the airfield. The cost of
the air package is available on request.
